Belarus - Crafts

August 13, 2108

Nastya sent this great card to me with a great message on the back.  She wrote a lot which I really love.

She wrote;

Hi Helen. My name is Nastya. I'm writing to you from the Minsk city. I hope you'll visit my wonderful country.

 Now about movie. My favourite film is 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. I love adventure films very much. What about you? What is your favourite movie genre? What is your favourite film/TV show/cartoon?

I hope you enjoy the postcard. Best wishes and warm hugs from Belarus. Happy Postcrossing.

China

August 7, 2018

This card came from China with an unneeded apology.  The sender didn't sign the card, and his name is written on his profile with Chinese characters so I can't read it.

He wrote;

Sorry. I don't have a postcard you like, but I have a stamp from musician Beethoven, hoping to make up for it.

I have no idea where this picture is.  Any readers?
These are great stamps.  The Beethoven one is really interesting, but so is the winter wonderland one!

Russia

August 4, 2018

Olga sent me this card and wrote a little bio on the back of it.  She decorated the back of the card and used a couple of gorgeous stamps so it was a treat to receive it.

She wrote;

Hello. My name is Olga. I'm 26. I live in Moscow region. From September I will go to work in the school, a primary school teacher. I want to wish you all the best, more beautiful and welcome cards in the mailbox.

Interesting buildings again.

Portugal - Crafts

August 2, 2018

This card was in my favourites and José was nice enough to send it to me. He does have something in common with me too.

José wrote;

Hello Helen,
I chose a card from your favourites and really hope you will like it. I am also Canadian but was born here and came back here after retirement and to enjoy a milder weather. Past I lived 40 years in Montreal and my children still live there.

Best wishes & regards

José
