"Redacted" - i.e. made smaller - a reference to the loss of Crimea, I presume.
Er, no. I'm trying to keep politics out of my Postcrossing. I didn't want to name the city that she is from in order to make it less easy to identify her.
I've probably been watching too many movies again!
