Ukraine - Tea

April 18, 2017

I received this card from the Ukraine while I was off line.  I love it, which is why I want to share it with all of you!  It comes from Alexandra.  She wrote a lovely note on the back and used a Ukrainian Postcrossing stamp, so it was a lovely little treat for me at a difficult time.

She wrote,

"Hello Helen!  My name is Alexandra. I live in Ukraine in the southern city of Odessa.  I work as a florist.  I'm fond of creativity, I like to draw.  In my free time I learn Chinese and English.  And I dream to visit Japan, China and Korea.

Have a nice day and good luck."

This Postcrossing stamp is truly lovely!  I like how the design on her sleeves looks a bit like stamps. It is bright and colourful and sweet.  Good job Ukraine!

I love food-themed cards and the stamp is also very nice. I feel like I have to shop carefully to get nice stamps here, and even then, it's not easy. :-p

I'm glad you like it!

Some of the US stamps are really wonderful and I always appreciate how interesting they are. However, most of the stamps I receive from the US are the more usual ones. There must be a way to find the nicer ones!? Have you checked the Postcrossing forums for ideas?
