Russia

July 11, 2018

This card came from Ann in Russia.  She wrote a very short note, but it was friendly enough!

She wrote;

Hi, Helen!
"Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving." A. Einstein. It's my favorite quote.

Hope you like it!
Happy Postcrossing! Ann.

 Really interesting stamps.  I have no idea what they represent though.

Hi Helen,
The left stamp represents Tauride Palace in Saint Peterburg, home to The Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS). And the second stamp is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of setting up of The Cross of Saint George, a state decoration of the Russian Federation, which was initially established by Imperial Russia.
