Victor sent this card from the Ukraine recently and noted that the day he sent it was Charles Chaplin's birthday!

He writes, " Hello!  Warm greetings from Ukraine.  I'm Victor, 47 y.o.  I like sports and reading, work in my own business.  Regards.  16.04.15

I did a little investigation about the brown stamp.  The stamp shows Vasyl Symonenko, a Ukrainian poet, activist and journalist.  He lived a very short life, and there is more information about him on Wikipedia at the link.
