I never know what I'm going to find in my mailbox. Sometimes it is a little gem like this beautiful black and white card. It was sent from the Ukraine by Margarita.
She writes,"Greetings from Kiev! My name is Margarita. I am nurse and I doing volunteer work, helping homeless animals! "A room without books is like a body without a soul." Best wishes and smiles :-)"

The stamps on the back of the postcard were beautiful. It always amazes me how many countries have amazing works of art on their stamps, and other countries keep them ugly and utilitarian.
