This great card came from the US. Interestingly enough, this is the second card I have received from a nursing home in a month!
The sender wrote,

We are a nursing home located on the beautiful California coast. We are just a five minute drive to Pismo Beach. We have seen Daniel Craig's Bond films here in the facility. We looked up Gotochi cards and they are adorable!!!
