Indonesia - Food

August 4, 2015

Shinta sent me this yummy looking card along with some information about the dish.

She wrote, "Hello!  Apa Kabar? (How are you?) I live in central Java, Indonesia.  Gudeg Jogja is very popular dishes in my area.  It consists of steamed rice, chicken cooked in coconut sauce, beef skin cooked in chillis, and young jackfruit as vegetable, in soya sauce.  Recipe is quite complicated with lots of herbs and spices. Shinta"

It looks quite interesting, doesn't it?

Quite interesting stamps.  The round one is thought-provoking.

Thanks Shinta!
